Our team at ScholarLee will try to accommodate requests from guests but we cannot guarantee allocations or preferences.

In all circumstances we will endeavour to allocate you a room that suits your circumstances.

We take into consideration the accommodation type requested, your year of study, gender and any preferences.

ScholarLee does not provide parking for guests. Set down parking is available at some locations.

Room moves after the start of the Guest Contract will be managed based on availability at the sole discretion of ScholarLee.

An Administration Fee of €100 will be payable and you will be responsible for cleaning your previous room.

ScholarLee provides fully equipped kitchens including a fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery, glassware and an iron & ironing board.

The lounge areas have a television with a selection of free to air channels.

ScholarLee provides a Welcome Pack including linen and essential college items at a fee.

High speed WiFi is available for free. Logon details and passwords will be given on arrival.

Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm.

ScholarLee provides 24-hour security with CCTV, mobile patrol and response and electronic access control.

Laundry facilities including washers and dryers are available at ScholarLee. Laundry facilities can be either in the accommodation or on site in purpose built laundry rooms depending on the location.

ScholarLee provides a complementary cleaning service for all shared spaces including common areas every two weeks.

Guests are also expected to keep the shared space within their accommodation clean as a courtesy to fellow guests.

Guests are responsible for cleaning their rooms.

Smoking is not permitted in ScholarLee accommodation. A designated smoking area will be available outside of the buildings.

ScholarLee expects all rooms to be returned at the end of your stay clean and in good condition.

Any cleaning fees or repainting and decorating incurred by will be charged to the guest.

Occasional overnight guests are permitted to stay in your bedroom only. All overnight guests must be signed in at reception for safety, security and so that staff know who is on site in the event of an emergency.

You must accompany your guests at all times while they are on site, and you are responsible for their behaviour and that guests are respectful to fellow housemates.

No pets of any type are permitted at ScholarLee.

Please note that the Booking Fee for Full Academic Term & Semesterised Academic Term is now €250 and the Booking Fee for Short & Summer stays is €350.

Academic bookings require a €350 utility charge with booking fee.

Summer/Short Stay bookings will be subject to a one-time cleaning fee of €50 per person.

The booking fee will be deducted from the security deposit total required prior to arrival. The security deposit will be held for the duration of your stay with us at ScholarLee.

The deposit will be refunded on departure in line with the ScholarLee Rules & Regulations available here and subject to the accommodation and its contents being left in a satisfactory condition.

Any damages necessitating expenditure on replacements or repairs will be deducted from the security deposit.

The deposit will refunded within 6-8 weeks of your departure.

You can choose to pay your room fee in one payment on the due date we have in place before the contract starts, or you can choose to pay in 2 instalments. For this payment option you can pay your room fee by bank transfer, credit/debit card either at reception, through Transfermate if you are paying from outside Ireland or in cash at reception.

You can choose to pay the room fee in monthly payments by direct debit.

Please note that there is a 3% charge on all credit and debit card payments.

A utility charge of €350 is required with our booking. A further utility allowance of €300 per room is already included in your fees. This covers, water, electric & gas, internet/WIFI, refuse bins.

Should you exceed your €350 utility charge and €300 room allowance, you will be required to pay for the additional electricity and gas consumed by way of a deduction from your deposit held or invoiced.

Exceptional use of water, electrics & gas by short stay guests will also incur a charge by way of deduction from deposit held or by invoice.
