Each four bedroom apartment in Washington Street accommodates up to 7 people in an ‘own-door’, warm and secure residence. Each apartment is configured with one private, single occupancy bedroom and a further three bedrooms with a maximum occupancy of 2 people (in bunk beds). Each bedroom comes with work/study and storage spaces.

Shared kitchen and living spaces are comfortable and well-equipped while Residents enjoy in-house laundry facilities within each apartment; there are also two, shared full bathrooms available per apartment.
