ScholarLee Washington Street is located within a historical, renovated, commercial warehouse just off Grand Parade in Cork city centre. Old warm-hued brick work combined with the local red sandstone bring a chic, industrial vibe to a vibrant, creative neighbourhood with every conceivable modern-urban amenity and service on its doorstep.

Each four bedroom apartment in Washington Street accommodates up to 7 people in an ‘own-door’, warm and secure residence. Each apartment is configured with one private, single occupancy bedroom and a further three bedrooms with a maximum occupancy of 2 people (in bunk beds). Each bedroom comes with work/study and storage spaces.

Shared kitchen and living spaces are comfortable, well equipped while Residents enjoy in-complex laundry facilities; there are also two, shared full bathrooms available per apartment.
